It is pathetic to see the two parties holding Bombay for ransom, time and again. Bombay is de-facto 'Commercial Capital' of India and it is more cosmopolitan, than New Delhi, our Capital. Under the circumstances, it can not be allowed to be the center for petty chauvinism. In the larger interest, we should all thrive to make Bombay, an independent state, like Delhi and declare the same as Commercial Capital of India.

This will also enable proper administration, also.
